What to do?

What do I do? Well I have been thinking and wanting g to get a bit more fit in my older age but like I mentioned in my last blog post I have plantar fasciitis so it seems running and sports are off the table.. so if I cannot use my feet how else am I going to be able to exercise and get more healthy? Hmm I guess I could do light yoga.. has anyone else got any tips for me in this predicament.

I am currently eating a lot more healthy than I used to.. I used to just eat 99% surgery foods which is really not good at all... but now I have varied my diet and eat only the healthy stuff even thought its a lot more expensive I have found that I have a lot more energy too and feel better.. shame though healthy food is so expensive.. really is not fair I think that the only reason why I used to eat junk food.. all because it was cheap not because I liked eating it at all!
